This is an agreement between you and Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited. Using SELXAI means accepting it, including the Privacy policy, which forms part of it.

What this service is

SELXAI turns material you provide — documents, images, audio, video or links — into summaries, concept explorers, question-and-answer pairs, skill tests, extracted text and translations, using AI models.

What AI output is and is not

Results can be wrong. Models misread, invent, and state things confidently that are not true. Summaries may omit what mattered to you; solutions may contain errors; assessments are opinions produced by software. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete or reliable, and reliance on it is your own risk.

Do not rely on output here for anything consequential — medical, legal, financial or academic — without checking it against the source. Where a result carries evidence or quotations, they are there so you can check rather than trust.

A failed generation can still cost tokens. Work is reserved before a model runs, and an error or interruption partway through may consume some of it. Tokens spent that way are not refunded.

Your account

Signing in with Google creates an account automatically.
Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
One person per account. You are responsible for everything done under yours, so keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at once if they are used without you.
Only upload material you have the right to upload.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to generate anything intended to harm, deceive or harass.
Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, script the interface, or resell access.

Plans, payment and refunds

Each plan carries limits on how much can be processed, published on the plans page. When a limit is reached the service stops until it resets — you are never billed for going over, because you cannot go over.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. A plan is granted when Razorpay confirms the payment to our server, not when your browser returns, so closing the tab does not cost you the purchase.

Completed purchases are not refunded, except where a verified technical error on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for. You cannot downgrade while a plan is active — upgrade at any time, or move down when the current period ends.

We may change plan prices and limits. Changes to a plan you are on take effect immediately for limits and from your next period for price.

Ownership

The service itself — the software, the interface, the prompts and everything we built to run it — belongs to Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, for as long as you keep to these terms.

The material you upload stays yours, and the results generated from it are yours to use. You grant us the licence needed to process it — to extract, send to the AI provider, store and display it back to you — and nothing more.

Service provided as is

SELXAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We depend on third-party AI providers; it will sometimes be slow, and sometimes unavailable. We do not offer a guaranteed level of service, and we disclaim all warranties to the extent the law allows — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — lost profits, lost data, business interruption — arising out of your use of the service, on any legal theory. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you have actually paid us for access to the service.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the service or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover us — Innovblaze Labs (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, employees and agents — for the resulting claims, losses and reasonable legal costs.

Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like; delete your account from the library. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, and will say why. On termination your right to use the service stops immediately.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may modify or replace this agreement. For a material change we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.

These terms are written plainly rather than defensively. They carry the same substance as the formal agreement, but the wording is ours and has not been through a lawyer — it should be, before it is relied on.
