This describes what actually happens to what you give us. Where something is a limitation rather than a feature, it says so.

What we hold

  • Your account — email address and sign-in identity, through Google Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password.
  • Your text — the extracted text of anything you paste, upload or link, the results generated from it, and the file names, kept as labels so you can tell one source from another in your library.
  • Usage — which task ran, when, and how many tokens it used. This is how your plan is metered and how allowances are kept fair.
  • Transactions — what you bought, when, and the payment reference, kept as the record of the purchase.
  • What you send us directly — if you write to support or ask for a callback, we keep your email address and phone number to answer you.

What we do not keep

Uploaded files are not stored. A file is held in memory only long enough to extract its text, and the original bytes are then discarded. We keep the text, not your PDF, photograph or recording.

The trade-off is that we cannot re-read a file later with a better model — you would upload it again. We think that is the right way round.

We never hold your card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and card numbers go to them and not to us. If you choose to save a card, Razorpay saves it under their terms.

Who else sees your content

Generating anything means sending your text to an AI provider. Today that is Google (Gemini), and their terms govern what they do with it — including holding it briefly while it is processed. Photographs, audio and video are sent to the same provider to be read.

Beyond that we use service providers to run the thing at all: Razorpay for payments, Google Firebase for sign-in, and our hosting provider. They see only what their job requires and may not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your content, use it to train models, or share it with anyone beyond the providers needed to answer your request.

Sharing is public

When you create a share link, anyone with that URL can read that result without signing in. There is no password on it. Revoke it from your library when you no longer want it readable — revoking takes effect immediately.

Deleting things

Deleting a source from your library removes it and every result made from it, and revokes their share links, in a single transaction.

Usage and transaction records survive deletion. They contain no content — a task name, a timestamp, a token count, a payment reference — and they are the record of what your plan was charged for. Erasing them would make our billing figures wrong.

Log data

Our servers keep operational logs, which can include an IP address, the request made and any error it produced. They are for keeping the service working and catching abuse. We do not geolocate you or build a profile of where you use the service from.

Security

Everything between your device and our servers travels over TLS. Data at rest sits behind authentication and access limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but nothing here is casually reachable.

Where it lives

In MongoDB on servers we operate, with authentication through Google Firebase.

Asking us

For a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and everything in it, write to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top, and material changes are announced before they take effect.

This policy describes the system as built. If we change what the software does, this page changes with it — the two are meant to be checkable against each other.
